- Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel
- Develop educational materials for plan participants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 5+ years of pension/benefits administration experience
- Deep knowledge of retirement plan regulations (ERISA, IRC 401(a))
- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Government/public sector experience preferred
- Professional certifications (CEBS, QKA, or ASPA) a plus
