Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pension administration, benefits management, or public finance
- Deep understanding of pension regulations, ERISA requirements, and retirement planning
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Oracle, Workday) and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
