Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 5+ years pension/retirement benefits administration experience
- Proficiency with pension administration systems (e.g., NCPERS, Millennium)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or CEBS designation preferred
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA and qualified plan regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing large-scale databases
