Responsibilities
- Administer pension plan benefits including calculations, distributions, and record maintenance
- Ensure strict compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Texas state pension laws
- Manage participant communications regarding retirement planning, eligibility, and claims
- Collaborate with actuarial teams for fund valuations and risk assessments
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience in public sector
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Relius)
- Deep knowledge of retirement regulations (ERISA, IRC 401-417)
