- Collaborate with HR departments to coordinate employee transitions and retirement planning
- Generate quarterly reports on fund performance and administrative metrics
- Stay current on pension legislation updates through quarterly training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of retirement plans and ERISA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex numerical data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
