Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund administration and compliance with ERISA and Virginia state regulations
- Process retirement applications and calculate pension benefits accurately
- Conduct audits of pension records and resolve benefit discrepancies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation preferred

- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
