Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund disbursements and record-keeping during night shift hours
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with daytime teams for seamless cross-shift documentation
- Conduct quarterly audits of pension plan compliance protocols
- Respond to urgent retiree inquiries via secure night-shift hotline
- Maintain encrypted databases following FERPA and HIPAA standards
- Generate monthly performance reports for regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension administration or government finance experience
- Certified Pension Administrator (CPA) or similar designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
