Responsibilities
- Process and verify pension enrollment forms, contribution calculations, and member eligibility documentation
- Respond to inquiries from public employees, retirees, and employers regarding pension policies and benefits
- Assist in maintaining accurate member records using proprietary pension administration software
- Prepare benefit payment calculations and distribution schedules for retirees
- Support compliance audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with investment and actuarial teams on data reconciliation projects
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to improve pension service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
