- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct participant outreach via secure night shift communication channels
- Generate quarterly compliance reports for state auditors
- Collaborate with investment teams on fund allocation strategies
- Train night shift staff on pension administration protocols
- Respond to urgent participant inquiries during operational hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension plan administration experience
- ASPPA or QPA certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of 401(k) and defined benefit plans
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Millennium)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong analytical skills for benefit calculation modeling
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional travel
