- Analyze pension fund performance data and recommend adjustments
- Train staff on pension administration procedures and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or government finance experience
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Parnassus)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and California pension regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and integrity
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional travel to state facilities)
