- Collaborate with legal teams to develop enforcement actions for non-compliant plans
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and regulatory guidance documents
- Train regional stakeholders on pension plan regulatory updates
- Monitor emerging trends in retirement plan administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan compliance or regulatory experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and PBGC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in pension plan auditing software (e.g., PensionPro)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial documents
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA) preferred
