Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension plans, employee benefits, or financial auditing
- Thorough knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and pension plan operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Professional certification (CPA, EA, or similar) preferred
