Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP, FERS, and CSRS
- Review and process retirement applications with 99% accuracy
- Advise federal employees on retirement planning options
- Ensure compliance with OPM regulations and ERISA guidelines
- Generate complex benefit calculations and projection reports
- Collaborate with HR departments across federal agencies
- Develop training materials for pension plan participants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal retirement systems
- Expert knowledge of OPM pension regulations
- Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Federal HR certification (preferred)
