- Analyze financial data to ensure plan solvency and funding adequacy
- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury on federal retirement system reforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and federal retirement systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA, or CFA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software and data analytics
- Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
