Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Proficiency in pension administration software and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and Florida state pension laws
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QPA) preferred
