Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in pension administration or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of ERISA regulations and pension laws
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
- Valid California driver's license (if travel required)
