Responsibilities

- Develop enforcement actions and corrective measures for non-compliant plans
- Provide technical guidance to plan sponsors and beneficiaries
- Collaborate with legal teams on litigation and regulatory proceedings
- Stay current on evolving pension legislation and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years pension plan administration or regulatory experience
- Strong analytical skills with financial statement interpretation ability
- Knowledge of ERISA, PBGC regulations, and pension accounting standards
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines
- Federal background investigation clearance eligibility
- Professional designation (e.g., ASA, EA, CPA) preferred
