Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Familiarity with federal pension regulations (TSP, FERS, CSRS)

- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Benefitfocus)
