Qualifications

- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Familiarity with federal pension regulations (OPM, TSP, FERS)
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential financial data securely
- Federal background clearance required
