Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (CSRS, FERS, TSP) and ERISA regulations
- Proficiency with federal benefit software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and policies
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QPA) preferred
