Responsibilities
- Analyze pension plan documents for ERISA and IRS compliance
- Investigate participant complaints and plan violations
- Conduct on-site examinations of plan operations
- Provide technical assistance to plan sponsors and participants
- Prepare detailed examination reports and recommendations
- Track regulatory changes and update compliance guidance
- Collaborate with attorneys on enforcement actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
