Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund accounting and compliance with ERISA/IRS regulations
- Process retirement applications and calculate benefit payments
- Conduct annual actuarial valuations and financial reporting
- Develop educational materials for retirement plan participants
- Collaborate with investment teams on fund performance analysis
- Ensure adherence to Florida Statutes 121.01-121.99
- Respond to participant inquiries with accurate benefit projections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration experience
- ASP or QPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and qualified plan regulations
- Excel expertise with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
