- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight and public transparency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and DOL regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, SPHR) strongly preferred
- Experience with federal compliance auditing tools
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and legal documents
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
