Responsibilities

- Support compliance audits by preparing documentation and reports
- Collaborate with finance teams on monthly contribution reconciliations
- Participate in system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail with data entry experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
