Responsibilities
- Process retirement applications and pension disbursements with 99% accuracy
- Assist public employees with pension plan inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain confidential records using state-of-the-art databases

- Participate in continuous training on pension legislation updates
- Support outreach programs for new public employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
