Responsibilities
- Process pension enrollment applications and retirement benefit calculations with precision
- Assist in maintaining accurate participant records within our secure database systems
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding retirement plans, eligibility, and benefit options
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ERISA and state regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for pension administration workflows
- Prepare routine reports for management on plan metrics and participant trends
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen expertise in pension regulations and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of retirement plans, financial regulations, or benefits administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information securely
