Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams on fiduciary responsibilities and litigation support
- Analyze financial data to ensure plan solvency and participant protections
- Lead stakeholder communications regarding plan changes and updates
- Train federal employees on retirement benefits and enrollment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP, QPA) required
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, ADP)
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Active security clearance preferred
