- Manage complex multi-employer pension plan cases
- Testify as expert witness in federal proceedings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Law
- 5+ years pension plan compliance experience
- ERISA/IRS regulation certification (CEBS, QPA, or QKA)
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software
- Federal litigation or regulatory experience preferred
- Top Secret security clearance eligibility
- Expertise in multi-employer plan valuation methods
