Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of experience with pension plans or federal benefits
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in federal benefit systems (e.g., EBIS, HRIS)
- Strong knowledge of TSP, FERS, and CSRS regulations
- Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance
