- Provide expert guidance to federal employees on retirement planning, benefits options, and post-employment resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pension administration workflows
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops on retirement planning for federal employees
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all pension-related activities and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension plan administration, benefits management, or federal HR
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, TSP regulations, and federal retirement systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex pension legislation and regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical benefits information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
