- Develop educational materials and workshops for federal employees on retirement planning
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to update pension policies
- Analyze pension fund performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Respond to complex employee inquiries regarding retirement benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS, TSP)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pension software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday)
- Series 7 and/or Series 63 securities licenses required
- Expertise in ERISA compliance and fiduciary responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder education
