Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years pension administration experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or CEBS designation preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and IRS pension regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
