Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k)/403(b) regulations, and Maryland pension statutes
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, BenefitPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex calculations
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Government clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
