Responsibilities
- Administer pension plans including retirement calculations, benefit distributions, and member eligibility verification
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (ERISA, IRS codes) and pension fund governance policies
- Process and analyze complex financial data for actuarial reporting and fund forecasting
- Provide expert guidance to members regarding retirement planning, vesting requirements, and benefit options
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and HR teams on pension policy updates and system implementations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of pension administration or retirement benefits experience in public sector

- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Millennium Plus)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Certified Public Pension Administrator (CPPA) designation
