Responsibilities

- Respond to urgent pension inquiries during night shift hours via secure communication channels
- Maintain accurate participant records using state-of-the-art pension administration software
- Collaborate with investment analysts and legal counsel on policy implementation
- Generate quarterly reports for state auditors and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday)
- NC state government security clearance eligibility
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance (ERISA, NC General Statutes)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
