- Maintain secure digital and physical records of pension transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex pension cases
- Generate monthly reports on pension fund performance and operational metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency with pension software (e.g., Millennium, NaviPlan) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and Indiana pension laws
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex pension calculations
- FBI background check and security clearance required
