Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HR departments on retirement plan administration
- Prepare comprehensive benefit statements and annual reports
- Stay updated on federal pension legislation and policy changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in pension/benefits administration
- Proficiency in federal pension systems (e.g., FERS, CSRS)
- Strong analytical skills for complex benefit calculations
- Excellent communication abilities for client consultations
- Familiarity with ERISA and IRS retirement regulations
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote federal environment
