Qualifications

- 3+ years pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Milliman, ADP)
- Knowledge of ERISA and Pennsylvania pension regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Government or public sector experience preferred
- Certification in Pension Management (CEBS) a plus
