Responsibilities
- Process incoming pension claims and applications for federal retirees.
- Review and verify beneficiary information and retirement data for accuracy.
- Assist federal employees with general pension inquiries via email and phone.
- Update and maintain digital records within the secure federal database system.
- Collaborate with the pension team to resolve complex retirement scenarios.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be a resident of New York or willing to relocate to the USA.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check for federal employment.
