- Analyze pension fund data and prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or retirement benefits experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and state pension laws
- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Milliman, Alight)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to complex financial calculations
- Strong communication abilities for presenting technical information to diverse audiences
