Responsibilities

- Respond to complex inquiries from retirees and active employees
- Generate analytical reports for pension fund performance and forecasting
- Collaborate with financial auditors and regulatory agencies
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with state data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or retirement planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pension management software
- Deep understanding of NY State Retirement System regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
