Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough record reviews for accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Provide personalized weekend consultations for pre-retirement planning
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Generate monthly reports on weekend operations and member satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan or benefits administration experience
- Deep knowledge of government pension regulations (CalPERS/ERS)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and pension management software
- Exceptional communication skills for weekend member interactions
- Strong analytical abilities for complex retirement calculations
- Valid California driver's license (occasional travel required)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
