Responsibilities
- Administer pension plan enrollment, distributions, and compliance documentation
- Conduct benefit calculations and retirement eligibility reviews
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies for annual compliance
- Provide member education via weekend workshops and digital resources
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Process retirement applications and coordinate with payroll departments
- Develop quarterly reports for Finance Committee review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension administration or benefits management experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of ERISA and IRS pension regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
