Responsibilities
- Manage weekend pension benefit calculations and disbursement processing
- Review and validate retirement eligibility documentation for state employees
- Maintain accurate participant records in pension administration systems
- Conduct weekend compliance audits for ERISA and state regulations
- Respond to participant inquiries via weekend support channels
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless operations continuity
- Prepare weekend shift activity reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or retirement plan experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Georgia retirement regulations
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Georgia state government clearance eligibility
- Professional designation (e.g., CEBS, QPA) preferred
