- Maintain secure digital records of pension transactions
- Train weekend staff on pension procedures and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension/benefits administration experience
- Government or public sector background preferred
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Knowledge of ERISA and Oklahoma pension regulations
- Security clearance eligibility
