Responsibilities
- Analyze and process federal pension claims with meticulous attention to regulatory compliance
- Provide expert guidance to retirees and beneficiaries on complex pension entitlements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve benefit discrepancies and appeals
- Maintain accurate digital records using specialized federal pension administration systems
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with ERISA and federal pension laws

- Support weekend shift operations to ensure continuous service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pension/benefits administration or federal compliance
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA, TSP, and OPM retirement regulations
- Proficiency in federal pension systems (e.g., PBGC, OPM systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex financial calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
