- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with federal pension regulations
- Provide weekend support for urgent pension inquiries and claims
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve complex pension-related issues
- Generate monthly reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train federal employees on pension plan options and retirement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, TSP, CSRS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM PST)
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM)
