Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls and prioritize incidents
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and radio systems

- Apply de-escalation techniques during high-stress situations
- Utilize geographic knowledge for rapid resource deployment
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Typing speed minimum 40 WPM
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Clear speaking voice and strong active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
