Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls for police, fire, and medical services
- Operate multi-channel radio systems to dispatch appropriate resources
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident documentation in CAD systems
- Provide clear, concise instructions to callers during emergency situations
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Perform data entry and record management with precision
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age at time of hire
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (Class D)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clear speaking voice and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under extreme pressure
