Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with empathy and precision
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and radio equipment
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident documentation
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA protocols
- Participate in continuous training and scenario drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience in customer service or crisis management preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic computer applications
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/holidays
- US citizenship or legal residency status required
